Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the gap accuracy between a stator and a rotor for a resin- molded motor by disposing the stator and the bearing of a load side flange in a predetermined position relationship using a set of resin molding dies and then integrally molding them. CONSTITUTION:A stator 9 completed by winding a coil and a load side flange 10 having a bearing are disposed at predetermined positions of a preheated lower molding dies 11. After upper dies 12a, 12b are associated with a lower die 11, molding resin 13 is filled in the cavity of the dies, and hardened to integrally mold the stator 9 and the flange 10. Thus, the dimensional accuracy of the upper and lower dies is raised to improve the gap accuracy between the stator and the rotor readily, and the gap size can be reduced.
