Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the production of distortion and to reproduce stable audio signal at all times, by driving and controlling each transistor at the final stage through stable idle current. CONSTITUTION:After the signal from the input terminal IN is fed to the input stage 22 and amplified, it is fed to the driving stage 24 and output signal is outputted from the transistor (TR)Q24. The output from this driving stage 24 is inputted to TRs 27, 28 for idle current. After amplifying the signal with TRs 27, 28, it is fed to the speaker 36 via TRs 31, 32 at the final stage. The amplifier with this constitution is provided with TRs 27, 28 in emitter follower connection which supplies the auxiliary idle current with greater input signal, and diodes D6, D16 constituting a pair of auxiliary idle current supply circuits 32a, 32b. The base potential of TRs 27, 28, is shifted with a pair of diodes D7-D9 and D10-D12, and TRs 29, 30, to negative side when the input signal is positive, and to positive side when the input signal is negative, allowing to output stable audio signal at all times.
