PURPOSE:To secure the output of the divided voltage corresponding to the digital signal and then realize a high speed and a low cost, by securing the selective conduction between the row gate means and the column gate means in accordance with the digital signal. CONSTITUTION:Resistances 61-80 which are connected in series between reference voltage VR and the earth are formed in voltage dividing circuit 60. And in order to select each output corresponding to the signals of digital inputs A, B, C and D each, two higher-rank bits D and C of the binary number are supplied to row selecting circuit 101 to select the row. Inputs B and A and the complementary number of 1 of B and A each are supplied to column selecting device 102 in case the odd and even rows are selected respectively by supplying two lower-rank bits B and A of the binary number of complementary number circuit 103. Thus the column switch is turned on to connect the output to line 110.
