Abstract
PURPOSE:To exactly execute a measurement of a component even in case when a potential gradient is lowering, by setting the height of a potential gradient value of other component immediately before the height of an objective component, to a difference of height of the potential gradient value, to derive the potential gradient value of the objective component. CONSTITUTION:A sample which has been led into the boundary surface of a leading liquid and a terminal liquid is migrated, each sample component is separated by a difference of its mobility, and also a potential gradient value of each sample component is detected. In this case, in case when each potential gradient value decreases by a distance, the height of the potential gradient from other component of the object component is decided by the rise height (a), (b), (c) from the potential gradient values Hl, A', B',... of other component immediately before the object component. For instance, as for a sample component B, that which has added ''(a)+(b)'' to the potential gradient value Hl of a leading liquid is made a potential gradient value of the component B. By being based on the potential gradient value which has been derived in this way, both the potential unit value and the potential ratio of the component B are derived.
