Abstract

PURPOSE:To lessen the frequency of replacement of a guide member and reduce the cost therefor by making rotatable guide rollers contact from both sides with one end part of each wire head. CONSTITUTION:Each of wire heads 1... is arranged in a case 12 and to the end part on the side of a platen in the case 12 a pair of shafts 13 are fitted in parallel at positions on both sides of each of the wire heads 1.... And, the outer-peripheral surfaces of the aforesaid seven guide rollers 11... guiding each of the wire heads 1... to each shaft 13 are formed in such a manner that the cross-sectional shape thereof is formed to be a circular-arc concave surface, while each of the wire heads 1... is set so as to contact with each of these concave surfaces. In the case when the wire heads 1... are made to conduct reciprocating motion, it is not necessary to employ especially hard materials for the wire heads 1... and for the guide rollers 11... since the coefficient of rolling friction is considerably small than that of sliding friction, and further heating between the wire heads 1... and the guide rollers 11... is little since the frictional force is small.
