Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In response to the movement of a robot, a winding shaft 8 and a winding drum 9 are rotated by a winding shaft driving mechanism 13 so that a multi-core cable 2 is reeled out or in by a given amount. In this case, the rotation of the winding shaft 8 is allowed by the tightening or loosening of a wound connecting cable 10. Thus, by connecting the multi-core cable to the fixed side through the connecting cable, a highly reliable signal transmission can be obtained, because there is no electrical sliding contact portion at all on the way thereto.
