One of the oppositely arranged blades 6A, 6B is provided with an inclination angle theta which is opposite to that of the other. It is preferable to form the blades 6A, 6B with a V-shaped cross section and to position the blades in such a manner that one flat part of the blade is horizontal and the other flat part thereof is directed downwards, while one flat part of the other blade is horizontal and the other flat part thereof is directed upwards. In addition, it is preferable to set the angle theta formed between the two flat parts of the V-shaped section to be 10-90 deg..
