Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the distortion factor of an analog switch circuit by adding a switch function to the composite differential transistor constitution of an N-P-N transistor and N-P-N transistor and by amplifying its output by a common emitter type N-P-N transistor. CONSTITUTION:To two N-P-N input transistors Q20 and Q21, N-P-N transistors Q23 and Q24 whose emitters are connected in common are connected and when only one constant current circuit I01 is operated with switch signal S, a bias current it supplied to transistor Q23; and then the composite differential transistor circuit consisting of a couple of transistors Q20 and Q23 and a couple of transistors Q22 and Q25 operates, and the driving circuit consisting of transistors Q29 and Q30 and constant current load I0' is driven to output signal IN1, inputted to input transistor Q20, via the output circuit consisting of transistors Q31 and Q32. Then, as the other constant current circuit I02 is operated with signal S, input signal IN2 is outputted.
