Abstract
PURPOSE:To fix securely a reflecting mirror, vibrating for tracking in reproduction, in recording by attracting and fixing a disk, formed in the same body with the rotary axis of the reflecting mirror of an optical recording and reproduction system, by a magnetic field provided by a coil. CONSTITUTION:In reproduction, switch 26 is changed over to disconnect electric power source 27 and input terminal 13. As a result, while electric power supply to coil 10 is shut off, the feedback output of differential amplifier 25 that corresponds to a track error excites coil 7 and reflecting mirror 1 of the optical recording and reproduction system vibrates via magnet 5 and returning elastic body 14 provided on its rotary axis 3 to perform tracking. In recording, once an electric power current is supplied from electric power source 27 to coil 10 via switch 26, magnetic disk 9 fixed on axis 3 is attracted by a magnetic field provided by coil 10 and then elastically deforms by coming into contact with yokes 11 and 12, applying damping force to axis 3. Axis 3 is therefore fixed securely and the generation of harmful vibrations of mirror 1 due to external force is prevented.
