Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the infiltration of air inbetween the uncured pipe and a tube by a method wherein abutting is effected from one end to the other end of the uncured pipe sequentially in case the tube is abutted against the uncured pipe molded by rotational molding in order to effect the mold releasing.
CONSTITUTION: A feeding pipe 5, into which the film tube 8 is inserted, is inserted into the uncured pipe 2 molded in a rotary mold 1 by the rotational molding and the end of the tube 8 is connected to an air introducing device 12. The tube 8 is taken out under withdrawing the feeding pipe 5 and, in this case, the tube 8 is inflated to abut it against the internal surface of the uncured pipe sequentially while an air layer is produced between the internal surface of the feeding pipe 5 and the tube 8 existing therein. According to this method, the infiltration of air inbetween the internal surface of the uncured pipe 2 and the film tube 8 may be prevented and further the tube 8 may be taken out of the feeding pipe 5 without resistance.
