PURPOSE:To facilitate the regulating operation for the verticalness of a wire electrode by securing the lower electrode holder of a wire-cutting electrolytic machining apparatus and making the upper electrode holder movable in the crosswise, longitudinal and vertical directions. CONSTITUTION:The lower electrode holder 1 is secured to the lower supporting arm 2, and the upper electrode holder 3 is temporarily fixed to the upper supporting arm 4. The longitudinal position of the upper electrode holder 3 is regulated by means of a longitudinal feed screw 5, and the holder 3 is secured by means of longitudinal clamping bolts 6. The crosswise position thereof is regulated by means of a crosswise feed screw 7, and crosswise clamping bolts 8 are used for securing the holder 3. Moreover, a vertical feed screw 9 and vertical clamping bolts 10 are used to vertical position the holder 3. In addition, as guides in respective electrode holders, diamond dies are used, which can be replaced with pipe electrodes capable of using wires of various diameters.
