CONSTITUTION:An inverted wave-form is outputted from an inverter 8 and when the terminals A and C of a switch 9 are in an ON position, a signal is supplied to the base of a transistor 12, the transistor is turned to ON, a gate trigger current runs from the VPP of a DC stabilized power source 2 to the line of VSS passing through the terminal T1 of an AC controlling element 14, a gate G and the transistor 12, the AC controlling element 14 is conducted and a half-wave formed sine wave is supplied to the DC actuating element 15 through the intermediary of the diode 16.
