Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a good quality product (a pipe) without burrs, air bubbles or the like by a method wherein a resin pipe or the like is centrifugally molded on a rubber mold of an inner surface of a rotary mold and the resulting molded article is transferred to a bent pipe molding apparatus along with the rubber mold while in an uncured condition. CONSTITUTION:A splittable rotary mold 2 is rotated around a core of a rotary shaft through plural rolls 3 and, at the same time, a material such as a resin liquid, a reinforcing fiber, sands or the like is supplied onto an inner surface of a receiving port forming part of the rubber mold 4 through a piercing pore of a pouring port side end surface jig 9 or a receiving port inner surface limitting jig 13 to carry out the centrifugal molding of the receiving port part. Subsequently, a rotary pushing-in and vibration generating apparatus 22 is operated and the receiving port inner surface limitting jig 13 is pushed in through a roll 24. Next, the material is similarly supplied onto an inner surface from a pouring port molding part to a barrel part molding part to subject the product (the pipe) 29 to the centrifugal molding. Because the degassing of the molded receiving port part can be carried out by the vibration generating apparatus and the spilled material during supply working can be automatically discharged by a tapered surface of the limitting jig, the good quality product is obtained.
