Abstract
PURPOSE:To accomplish a power indication with limited errors regardless of the volume of tidal current by a digital indication of power level with expanded input AC level according to the lowering detected in the AC level to be measured. CONSTITUTION:When the power transmission tidal current is below a specified value, a drop in the output voltage of an arithmetric amplifier 8 makes negative the sum with a negative voltage from a constant current source 22, the output of an arithmetric amplifier composing a comparator turns to a higher level. This switches on or off transistors 18 and 19 to change-over electronic switches 13 and 12. Therefore, a relay switch 21a works with the excitation of a relay 20 thereby preventing any expansion of the output from an amplifier 8 even when the AC level to be measured from the secondary winding of an auxiliary rectifier 7 becomes a pseudo AC level expanded 10 times. As a result, the power is expanded at a specified rate on an indicator with an A/D converter 5 or the like and digitally indicated after adjusted in the decimal point position with a relay contact 21b.
