CONSTITUTION:Movable part 5 including a lens, while sliding on slide shaft 6, reciprocates linearly through a linear motor. Slide shaft 6 is supported by support plates 7a and 7b at both ends and at direction transition positions of movable part 5, i.e. both end parts of slide part 6, conic coil springs 8a and 8b are installed outside driving range (l) of movable part 5. On support plates 7a and 7b, the linear motor for operating movable part 5 is installed. Then, impulsive force F of movable part 5 to support plates 7a and 7b is in proportion to the momentum that the movable part has colliding against a buffer material and in inverse proportion to time DELTAt up to the stop of the motion. Therefore, the impulsive force can be decreased by prolonging DELTAt by using the conic coil spring.
