Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible simultaneous welding of approximately parallel two horizontal fillet weldings by mounting torches to the specific mounting materials provided to the torch mounting means which is movable in the three-dimensional directions and mounting tracing contactors to the torches or mounting materials above the torches.
CONSTITUTION: A torch mounting means 8 is movable in mutually orthogonal vertical and 2 horizontal directions and performs automatic welding by controlling the relative positions with the work mounting means. A pair of mounting materials 14, 14' fitted to the rail extending in the Y direction of the mounting means 8 are first fully detached by their hooking and detaching mechanism 15.
