CONSTITUTION:The test-piece connecting part 2 is connected with one of the output terminals of the high-voltage pulse current generating circuit part 1 and a lead wire from the other connecting part of the test-piece connecting part 2 is connected with the coil 3 wound several times round the magnetic-field detecting element 4. And, the other end of the coil 3 is connected with the other output terminal of the high-voltage pulse current generating circuit 1. On the other hand, the output terminal of the magnetic-field detecting element 4 is connected with a conversion amplifying part 5, with which a recorder 6 is connected.
