CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permanent magnet rows 12 are arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the plane of an article 1 to be moved. The row 12 is associated with a stationary shell 3 made of nonmagnetic material such as an aluminum or the like so as to weaken the magnetic force acting the article 1.
