CONSTITUTION:The oil-exhausting port 4 is provided on the side wall of the tank 3 containing a transformer main body 1 and an insulating oil 2, and the port is connected to the water tank 7 through the pressure release valve 5. The water tank is consisted of, for example, two tanks 7a, 7b connecting the lower parts, and an outlet 8 for water is provided at the upper part of the tank 7b.
