Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect for the subject motor by a method wherein a stator core is installed on the contacting surface of a stator mounting frame using a normal temperature hardening type bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 3 is wound on the winding groove of the stator core 2 and is installed on a mounting frame 5 through the intermediary of a normal temperature hardening type bonding agent 9. Then, the stator core 2 is passed through a bolt from the side of the mounting frame 5, facing the stator core 2, and fixed by tightening in the state wherein the cold hardening type bending agnet is interposed. Through these procedures, as the bonding agent 9 is hardened at the normal temperature, no heating is necessary for hardening, and a thermal expansion is not generated between the stator core 2, the bonding agent 9 and the mounting frame 5, thereby allowing to give the smooth heat transfer from the stator core 2 to the mounting frame 5.
