Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure the deflection of the face orthogonal to the axis and the inside diameter of the internal hole simultaneously, by combining three materials having projecting parts and V grooves to rotate reference elements freely in all directions. CONSTITUTION:Reference elements 21 and 22 which hold an object to be measured with the front faces brought into contact with the end face of this object are rotated in all circumferential directions by the first material 20 having semicylindrical or crescent cylinder projecting part 23 on the back face, the second material 24 having V groove 25, which receives cylinder projecting part 23 of the first material 20, on the front face and having semicylindrical or crescent cylinder projecting part 26 on the back face, and the third material 27 having V groove 28, which receives cylinder projecting part 26 of the second material 24, on the front face. Further, respective materials 20, 24 and 27 are provided with through hole 31 to which the measurer for detection of the inside diameter is inserted. As a result, reference elements follow the shaft end face, and the deflection of the face orthogonal to the axis and the inside diameter are measured simultaneously with a high precision.
