Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an output current of a desired ratio regardless of hfe of a transistor, by connecting a plural number of the 2nd current Miller circuits to the 1st current Miller circuit with the diode and the base shared to each other.
CONSTITUTION: In case when a ratio of 1:p:q:r is secured among the output currents I1, I21, I22 and I23, the current amplification factor of a transistor (TR) is set at hfe. Then the ratio of the emitter area is set to 1:m:a:b:c for the TRs Q1, Q2, Q41, Q42 and Q43. As a result, a ratio of 1:m:a:b:c is secured also among the emitter currents. At the same time, the ratio of the emitter area is set at p:q:r for the TRs Q31, Q32 and Q33. For the emitter area ratio as well as the relation 13 between each base current and the current amplification factor, an equal coefficient is secured for hfe in the relative equation 18 between the input current I1 and e.g. the output current I21. As a result, an output current of a desired ratio can be obtained with a high accuracy.
