Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the operation of the apparatus stably by a method wherein the amount of accumulated heat in a building is estimated on the basis of the conditions on the preceding day and a preheating or precooling time for heating or cooling is predicted.
CONSTITUTION: An after-holiday factor B, a maximum preheating or precooling time Ts, an objective room temperature θs, a coefficient α not larger than 1 inclusive, an actual room-temperature gain Ki on the i-th day, the rate θ/t of temperature change θ per unit time (t) are inputted at terminals 1W6 respectively. When the temperature change rate θ/t is sufficiently large, a discriminator 12 causes a computing part 9 to compute a predicted room-temperature gain for the (i+1)th day. On the other hand, when the temperature change rate θ/t is small, a computing part 8 is selected for computing. A computing part 7 computes the actual value Δθ(i) of the change of a controlled object on the i-th day, the starting time delay TD(i) on the i-th day and preset preheating or precooling time Ts. An air conditioner 13 is operated on the basis of the results of the computation.
