On the other hand, when the temperature change rate θ/t is small, a computing part 8 is selected for computing. A computing part 7 computes the actual value Δθ(i) of the change of a controlled object on the i-th day, the starting time delay TD(i) on the i-th day and preset preheating or precooling time Ts.
