Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a nozzle blade with a high cooling effect by longitudinally splitting the nozzle blade with a handle into two parts, one including a hollow space occupied by a cooler core a and the other provided with a handle independently formed by casting, and finally coupling them together by electronic beams.
CONSTITUTION: This nozzle blade with a handle consists of a major body 1 of the nozzle blade into which air for cooling the nozzle blade is carried in and the handle 2 which is provided on one end of the major body 1. They are independently formed by precise casting. The major body 1 is hollow, provided with an opening at the top on which the handle 2 is to be put for closing and a coolling air intake port 8 at the bottom. A cooler core 11 through which many cooling air through-holes 10 are made is inserted in the hollow space 9 and a joint face 12 between the handle 2 and the major body 1 of the nozzle blade is machined in the form of a spigot. After the cooler core 11 is inserted in the hollow space 9, the major body 1 and the handle 2 are fit and joined into one by conducting electronic beam welding throughout the peripheral rim of the blade.
