Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a pair torsion test in bulk under a same condition, by automatically drawing a wire material, such as an enamel wire, to a required length, and by automatically twisting it as many times as prescribed and by cutting it. CONSTITUTION:Enamel wire 1 is fed out by pinch roller 7 and its tip is held by clamp 10 driven by cylinder 12. Next, the wire is pulled up by hook pulley 32 and then held by clamp 9 driven by cylinder 11. Then, shaft 31 fitted with hook pulley 32 is rotated to twist the enamel wire between roll 44 and pulley 32. Twisted enamel wire 2 is held by chuck 48 driven by cylinder 49, cut by cutter 46 by driving cylinder 47, and sent out. Thus, all processes are performed automatically to manufacture many test pieces under the same condition.
