CONSTITUTION:Rotational shaft 1 supporting a work tool, such as a welding torch, turns clockwise and counterclockwise from the reference point in the range of 180+theta degrees, respectively. According to the rotation, spring supporting member 6 constituted to one body with shaft 1 also turns, and consequently spring 8 is pulled, so that floating dog 2 also turns. In case of clockwise rotation, the projection part of dog 5 is detected by detector 13 first and when it further turns, dog 2 touches stopper 9, so that detector 12 detects the projection part of dog 2. In case of counterclockwise rotation, detector 11 detects the projection part of dog 2. If service interruption occurs temporarily and wake-up is again performed before return operation after turning, the detector indicates the turned direction, so that rotational shaft 1 can return via the same route.
