Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a measuring ring from errors and a magnetic marker from malfunction and automate the operation of marking stop and so on by controlling all kinds of markers by processor system which has various functions such as an output counting function of a mark sensor. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic marker 4 and mark sensor 5 are respectively installed to a position near supplying drum 2 in a driving part and a position separated from magnetic marker 4, for example 10m, to the direction of wire driving. The output of mark sensor 5 is inputted to magnetized measuring amplifier 9 and magnetic marker 4 is energized in every input. The output from thermometer 13 for electric wire, thermometer 14 for room temperature and electric wire tensiometer 15 is inputted to processor system 10 through corresponding digital panel meters 16-18 respectively. Processor system 10 controls visible marker on/off commands to be outputted to magnetized measuring amplifier 9 through relay output register 19, preventing marking of incorrect positions.
