PURPOSE:To collect energy effectively making use of the energy to reduce the pressure of gasified natural gas to a delivery pressure in an NG expansion turbine for driving a BOG compressor. CONSTITUTION:After liquefied natural gas is regasified into a high pressure in an LNG evaporator 2, the gas is sent to an NG expansion turbine 4 and reduced in its pressure to a delivery pressure there. Since a BOG compressor 3 is driven by the energy at this stage, the energy can be effectively collected. The natural gas NG finished its work in the NG expansion turbine 4 is heated in an NG after-heater 7, sent out in the normal temperature, and forwarded to consuming places.
