Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled polyurethane foam with excellent impact abosrption efficiency and degree of strain recovery, by the foam curing of a high-molecular polyol mixt. contg. a polymerpolyol of specified hydroxy value as a raw polyol.
CONSTITUTION: The titled polyurethane foam is obtd., by the foam curing of a mixt. contg. 100pts.wt. (hereinafter referred to as part) polymerpolyol of hydroxy value 5W13 obtd. by the polymn. of a monomer in an unsaturated polyol, 0W 200pts. pref. 50W150pts. high-molecular polyol of hydroxy value 20W120, pref. 20W60, 0W20pts. pref. 5W15pts. low-molecular polyol of hydroxy value 1,000W 1,850, pref. 1,200W1,850, 0W25pts. pref. 5W20pts. water and/or halogenated hydrocarbon foaming agent (e.g., dichlorodifluoromethane), 0.1W10pts. pref. 0.5W5pts. catalyst (e.g., triethylenediamine) and a polyisocyanate cpd. (e.g., tolylene diisocyanate) in such an amt. as to have isocyanate index of 80W130.
