Abstract
PURPOSE:To try good workability, accurate adjustability and the shortening of adjustment time as well by inserting the lead terminal sections of a rough-winding air core coil having gaps between each winding in a printed circuit board for fixing wherein the coil is then adjusted in the opened and closed directions. CONSTITUTION:An air core coil is formed by roughly winding to have gaps between each winding and an almost purposive inductance value as well. Both lead terminals 2, 3 of the air core coil 1 are crossed each other against the elasticity of the coil 1 and pressed and inserted in lead wire inserting holes 5, 6 perforated through a printed circuit board 4 at the shorter interval t2 than an interval t1 for temporary fixing. Next, the tips of the terminals 2, 3 are cut at a chain line to be fixed to the board 4 by soldering. Furthermore, the inductance value is adjusted by applying force to the coil 1 in the opened and closed directions. In this way, good workability at inserting and fixing the coil 1 and accurate adjustment will be attained and adjustment time will also be shortened.
