Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to obtain accurate counting signal independently of noise pulse signal, by switching the pulse width of output pulse signal with the pulse interval of an input pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:When the input pulse signal at the input terminal 17 is less than 120 times/min, since the charged potential of the 1st capacitor C1 exceeds the reference potential V of the 1st comparator COM1, the pulse signal in 400ms pulse width is produced, and the pulse signal having the number fed to the input terminal 17 is absorbed for noise signal between input pulse signals in the pulse width of 400ms for output. If the input pulse signal keeps more than 120/min for a given time, since the charged potential of the 1st capacitor C1 is not in excess of the reference potential, the pulse signal of pulse width of 273ms in a short width is produced from a monostable multivibrator circuit 14 after absorbing noise signal. Thus, even to the input signal with irregular pulse interval, accurate counting signal can be obtained.
