Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a corrosion-preventive layer on a limited internal surface inexpensively and effectively by heating an uncoated part with a heater from the outside, then setting a powder and fine particle coating device on the inner side, supplying a powder and fine particle resin and melt-sticking the same.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 17 consisting of, for example, an induction heater or the like is set to an uncoated internal surface part 1 from its outside and said part 1 is heated to above the melting temp. of the resin to be coated on a joint part or a limited internal surface. Thence, a powder and fine particle resin coating device 3 is set on the inner side of the end part of the part 1 or factory coated layer 14, in such a manner that a space to be filled or sprayed is formed. Thence, a powder and fine particle resin is supplied into the space between the device 3 and the uncoated part through a pressure-feed hose 13 from a powder and fine particle resin supplying and recovering device installed on the outside of the pipe, whereby said resin is melt-stuck. Thence, the excess resin is recovered through a recovery port 10 according to need, after which the coating device 3 is removed to the outside of the pipe.
