Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate water withdrawal by providing a projection belt on one side of a plate material having a circular hole in the center thereof to support one end of a water withdrawing pipe while a filter is provided on the other side thereof as a suction preventing member to be set up with the water withdrawing pipe at the intended places such as slope or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A circular hole 2 is formed in the center of a plate 1 made of a tin plate sheet or the like to be equivalent to a water withdrawing pipe and a plurality of projection belts 3 surround them. On the other hand, a filter 4 is applied on the back side of the plate 1 to form a suction preventing member. The suction preventing member is mounted on a natural ground 1-1. A water collecting section at one end of the water withdrawing pipe 3' is fitted inside the projection belt 3 and a sealing material 2-3 is wound to stop water. A draining section at the other end thereof is supported on a concrete frame 1-2 by fitting it into a support material 4 previously provided on the form. Under such a condition, concrete is cast. Thereafter, the frames are released to form a slope completely.
