Abstract

A sensor 4 is placed along the pipe between the sheet 3 and pipe 2. The end of the sheet 3 is bonded by a suitable method to cut off the pipeline 1 and sensor 4 from the atmosphere by the sheet. Or, a form 5 is formed so as to enclose the pipe 2 and sensor 4 with liquid form material which does not transmit liquid and hardens, e.g., concrete, in place of the sheet 3. By cutting off the sensor from the outside in this way, the malfunction of the sensor may be prevented.
