Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a two-way code conversion, by using a single-way code converter, a comparator, a switch circuit that switches the input signals of the code converter plus a control part which performs a switch control and generates a code data each. CONSTITUTION:The switch control signal MPX of the control part 5 is turned to a high level and then supplies the code A given from outside to the code converter 3 through the multiplexer 6. The converter 3 delivers the code A after converting it into the code B. Thus the code A is converted into the code B. In case the code B is converted into the code A, the signal MPX of a low level is delivered to the multiplexer 6 from the control part 5. Then the code A signal supplied from the control part 5 is supplied to the converter 3. The code A is converted into the code B through the converter 3 and then supplied to the comparator 4 to be compared with the code B supplied from outside. And if no coincidence is obtained through the comparison, the part 5 supplies successively the next code A to the converter 3. While if a coincidence is obtained, the code A of that moment is delivered to outside from the part 5 by the coincidence signal EQU.
