Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an automatic control of the air pressure, by giving a digital indication to the desired air pressure and switching the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:The air supplied from the primary air source 8 is supplied to the air device via the solenoid valve 7, the pressure gauge 4 and the tank 2. When the pressure sensor detects the pressure of the secondary side, the output of detection is amplified and then sent to an A/D converter. Then the signal converted into a digital form plus the signal equivalent to the pressure set previously at the digital switch are supplied to an arithmetic device for a comparison of levels. Then the valve 7 is switched to secure zero for the difference between the both signals. In such way, the air pressure can be controlled automatically just by indicating the air pressure in a digital form.
