Abstract

PURPOSE: To hold a device in a good state of sealing quality, by detecting a difference of pressure between seals, comparing the pressure with set pressure, operating a gas pressure regulating means on the basis of its result and keeping the difference of pressure to the set pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A branch pressure pipe 21a is divided from the connection part 21 of a gas sump 5, simultaneously a branch pressure pipe 22b is divided from the connection part 22 of a part 9 between seals, and these branch pressure pipes 21a, 22b are connected to a pressure difference converter 35 in which a pressure difference between before and after the shaft seal is detected and converted into an electric signal A. While there is provided a solenoid operating pressure difference setter 36, capable of optionally setting a pressure difference operating a solenoid in a gas pressure regulating device 10 as an electric signal B. Then the both signals A, B are guided to an electric signal comparator and concurrently an on-off signal generating device 37 of solenoid operated electric circuit, and the detected difference pressure is compared with difference pressure required for adjustment, then an on-off signal (c) of the solenoid operated electric circuit is obtained and guided to a switch 31a.
