Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the conveyor plates from oscillating by providing a plurality of rotating shafts which moves in phase with each supporting shaft of a conveyor chain which rotates an upper guide chain pulley.
CONSTITUTION: The first position-correcting plate 21 is fixed to each supporting shaft 9 and a rotating plate 22 is fixed to the upper guide chain pulleys 4 and the supporting shafts 9. The plurality of rotating shafts 23 rotatively movable in phase with each of the supporting shafts 9 of the conveyor chain 6 rotating the upper pulley 4 is provided on the rotating plate 22 in a circle. The second position-correcting plate 24 is fixed to each of the rotating shafts 23 in such a manner as to prevent the rotation of the first correcting plate 21 and the supporting shaft 9 by contacting with the first plate 21 when the rotating shaft 23 moves rotatively along the upper half of the circumference of the pulley 4. A small fixed chain pulley 25 and small rotating chain pulleys 26 fitted to the rotating shafts 23 are proviced with the same diameter. A reversing endless chain 6 is passed around each of the small pulleys 25, 26. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately prevent the conveyor plates from oscillating with the supporting shafts 9 as centers when the conveyor plates are guided by the upper guide chain pulley 4.
