CONSTITUTION:An opposite electrode 10 arranged so as to contact with a conductive film 3 of recording paper 1 is manufactured by successively installing a conductive layer 12 consisting of elastic rubber or plastic containing a conductive material such as carbon or metallic powder and a conductive thin-film 13 to a main body 11 being composed of a metallic plate of the electrode. Since the conductive thin-film 13 has excellent conductivity, is made of a soft material, has contact resistance to the conductive film 3, follows the deformation of the conductive layer 12 and contacts with the conductive film 3, a uniform contact condition is held, and local current concentration is prevented.
