CONSTITUTION:A resistance material is prepared by dispersing an electrically conductive filler such as carbon black in a polymer emulsion provided with electric conductivity by a conductive monomer or a conductive activator. A recording layer 1 is formed on base paper 3 impregnated with the resistance material to manufacture a recording body, or the resistance material is applied to base paper 2 to form a resistance material layer 4, and on the layer 4, a recording layer 1 is formed to manufacture a recording body. The resistance material makes the resistivity of the recording material almost independent of humidity, and a stable image is obtd. over a wide humidity range.
