CONSTITUTION:Resist, exposure, etc. are conducted to both surfaces of a nozzle substrate 13 in glass, etc., grooves 14 are formed to the both surfaces by an etching liquid at a stretch, an upper plate 15 and a lower plate 16 as cover plates are stuck and fixed to the both surfaces of the substrate 13, two rows of multinozzles 17 zigzag arranged are made up, and the density of the nozzles, the density of dots, are increased. According to such a nozzle preparing method, a recording head 12 consisting of two rows of the multinozzles 17 zigzag arranged is formed by sticking and fixing piezovibrators 11 to the cover plates 15, 16 of the both surfaces of the substrate 13.
