Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to monitor temperature distribution with a good work efficiency by a simple constitution, by transmitting the image including visible rays and infrared rays of a monitor object by one image fiber and by using this image for temperature distribution monitor and condition direct viewing. CONSTITUTION:Visible rays and infrared rays of the image of high-temperature material 3 are focused onto the inlet of one image fiber 5 by lens 4, and the image transmitted by half mirror 6 provided in the outlet side is divided into two, and one and the other are transmitted to the direct viewing optical system and two-dimensional infrared ray detector 7 consisting of a thermal camera, a solid image sensor, and so on respectively. Lens 8 is provided between the outlet of image sinsor 5 and half mirror 6 to project the transmitted image onto display panel 9 such as a screen. Meanwhile, two-dimensional infrared ray detector 7 is connected to electric circuit 10, and temperature distribution is displayed onto temperature distribution pattern display equipment 11 on the basis of the infrared ray optical image of high-temperature material 3.
