Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a variation of the focusing position caused temperature variation, by supporting a concave mirror by the supporting member which is connected with the bottom part of the bodytube containing the concave mirror, and setting the coefficient of thermal expansion of the supporting member to a prescribed value which is larger than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the body tube. CONSTITUTION:A light beam which has passed through the transparent window 2 is reflected by the concave mirror 4, and the reflected ray A' is focused on the photoelectric conversion element 3. If the bodytube 1, for example, is made an in- bar having the coefficent of thermal expansion of 1.2X10<-6>, the supporting member is constituted of an aluminum alloy having the coefficient of thermal expansion of 24X10<-6>, and the ratio of each length is made 20 to 1, the image forming position of a focus is not varied even if a temperature is varied.
