CONSTITUTION:The liquid is supplied from the sucking well 1 to the reservoir well 2 via the supply pipe 5 plus the pumps 3, 4A and 4B. Then the liquid is supplied to the termination of demand from the reservoir well 2 via the supply pipe 8. A ball tap valve 11 is installed at the set position of the well 2, and thus the flow rate of supply increases when the liquid level becomes less than the set level and vice versa. The small-capacity pump 3 is operated constantly, but the large-capacity pumps 4A and 4B are operated when the value of detection of the flow rate meter 12 increases and then stopped when the detection value decreases. In such way, an operation is given by the flow rate of supply liquid to the pump groups that control the liquid level of the reservoir well 2. As a result, a quick response of operation is enhanced, at the same time simplifying an inspection and maintenance.
