Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a fan with color patterns in one process without generating a pattern friction or centroid deflection by a method wherein a main plastic material and an auxiliary plastic material of different color are extruded from a common extrusion passage in different timing. CONSTITUTION:First, a main plastic material D is injected into a fan boss position 10a and an auxiliary rib 10 through an on-off valve 19, the 1st nozzle 13 and an injection passage 11 and next thereto, it is made to flow in a vane position 10c. Next, the on-off valve 19 is colosed and an on-off valve 20 is opened and then, an auxiliary plastic material E is injected into the vane position 10c and while a narrow passage E1 is being formed within the main material D1, the auxiliary plastic material E is made to flow to the vane end side. Next, the valve 20 is closed and the valve 19 is opened to inject the main material D and while a narrow passage is being formed within the auxiliary material narrow passage E1, the main material D is filled in the residual space 10. With this, the main materials D1, D3 and auxiliary materials E1, E2 are made into one body with different colors to form a propeller fan with patterns.
