Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a duplicated cap consisting of an inner wall pertinent in medicine resistive property and an outer wall pertinent in workability for printing by a method wherein the medicine resistive plug-like inner wall is inserted onto a screw core in a mold, thereafter, a resin for the outer wall is injected therearound. CONSTITUTION:A plug-like inner wall 1 is formed by a material pertinent in medicine resistive property such as polyolefine, vinyl chloride, aluminum foil or the like, for example, and is inserted onto a screw core 4 in a metallic mold. Thereafter, a synthetic resin 6 pertinent in workability for surface treatment and beautiful in appearance such as ABS resin, AB resin or polypropylene, for example, is injected into a cavity provided around the said plug-like inner wall, thereby, the said plug-like inner wall 1 is deformed along the screw core 4, concurrently, the inner wall 1 and an outer wall 5 are molen and deposited integrally by actions of an injection pressure and a temperature of the molten resin.
