Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the strength of front gap side and to prevent the deterioration of magnetic characteristic, by providing two grooves on the core surface between a front gap constituting surface of a magnetic head core and a winding hole, filling in the adhesives on the grooves at the winding hole side, and bonding the core of opposing heads. CONSTITUTION:On one side of a core block 20 of metallic magnetic material having high saturation magnetic flux density such as sendust, filling grooves 21-24 of adhesives are provided to fill in the silver solders 25-28 on each groove. The preventing groove 29 for silver solder diffusion and a winding hole 30 are formed.
