Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the synchronous control to be stable in the method for eliminating the disturbance in the synchronizing system with which three cylinders are synchronized, by inputting the feedback quantity corresponding to the stroke difference between the central cylinder and the other cylinder to comparing parts of the outside cylinders of one series of the hydraulic cylinders.
CONSTITUTION: In the case an excessive load 28 is actuated by the simultaneous operation of the three cylinders 2W4 via a movable member 1, all cylinders 2W4 operate uniformly at the time of starting. However, the strokes of the cylinders 2 and 3 whose loadings are light becomes larger than the stroke of the cylinder 4, and the inclination is yielded in the movable emeber 1. Therefore, the difference between the strokes of the cylinders 2 and 3 are sensed by sensing parts 20 and 21 and sent out via an amplifier 23, compared with a reference value in a comparing part 15. Thus the speed of the cylinder 3 becomes slower in response to the difference. The cylinder 4 is likewise driven fast in response to the difference between the strokes of the cylinders 4 and 2. Furthermore, the cylinder 2 performes the control through the comparator 14 in response to the outputs of amplifiers 23 and 24.
