CONSTITUTION: A gun oscillator 3 is oscillated from a DC power supply 4, the output passes through an isolator 5 and the waveguide mounting an output control diode 10 and reaches a reception section 11. A part of the output is detected with a monitor diode 7 mounted near the H-plane tube wall and the detected voltage corresponding to the output is obtained. The detected output of a diode 7 is compared with the reference voltage at a differential amplifier 9, the deviation is amplified and fed to the diode 10 and the output of oscillator can automatically be controlled so that the output of the diode 7 is constant. The isolator 5 suppresses the frequency change of the oscillator due to the change in the capacitor of the diode 10, the output variance only is controlled and a constant output can be obtained.
