Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the removal of a projection height retaining member regardless of deformation of a friction member due to the casting of concrete by empolying sand for a member for retaining projection height of a friction member to be provided about and in a clearance of the friction member such as rubber block.
CONSTITUTION: When a rubber block 20 is mounted to a caisson 10, a bottom from 12 is placed and fixed on a joist 11 and a side form is fixed with a frace 14 to assemble. A plurality of rubber blocks 20 fitted with an anchor bolt 15 are arranged on the bottom form 12. Sand 18 is filled about the rubber block 20 and/or into a clearance between the rubber blocks to a height enough to form a projection on the surface of the blocks 20. Under such a condition, reinforcement bars 19 are arranged crisscross at points of a concrete body 10a and then concrete is cast thereinto. At this point, the weight of the concrete deforms the rubber blocks 20 to compress sand 18. But, after the concrete is hardened, the sand 18 can be removed simply.
